Experience: With a decade of experience in the field, I began my career at Youth Eastside Services (YES) in Bellevue, working with youth and families. Following this, I worked at Sunrise Mental Health, focusing on systemic reform for chronic mental illness in incarcerated populations, in partnership with Snohomish and Island County detention centers. For the past eight years, I have been in private practice in Seattle, specializing in infidelity treatment and providing couples, individual, and family therapy to a diverse clientele.

Training: I graduated from the Seattle Pacific University Marriage and Family Therapy program in 2013 and have been fully licensed as an LMFT in good standing since 2016 I have advanced training in Narrative therapy. I am an AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy) approved Supervisor candidate and am a clinical member of the AAMFT community and an Elected Board Member of WAMFT (Washington Association of Marriage and Family Therapy). I have also done Supervision & Adjunct Professor work at SPU.

The Best Client for me: The best client for me is someone who is very nervous or perhaps does not want to go to therapy. I started my career working with an incarcerated population, so I am comfortable with a captive audience! Therapy is an intimidating thing, especially if you are unfamiliar with it. My mission in life is to make therapy a more accessible and positive experience for folks.
